Philadelphia with Baumans

Valley Forge Park - Officers Cabins

I stayed with Baumans in King of Prussia, a city near Philadelphia. Linda and David are very kind. Valley Forge Park is where many soldiers were frozen in the winter during the war of independence. I visited there and learned about the history of American independence. General George Washington was one of the key military leaders during the war and became the first president of the United States.

We also visited the home of Benjamin Franklin, another famous American leader and politician.
